Return and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Our goal is to keep you happy with your buy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and easy return and refund process.


You may return delivered items. They must be in their original packaging. You have 30 days to do this. You will get a full refund. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be in the same condition as when shipped. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.


We will issue refunds using the same payment method you used for the original sale. Your bank or credit card company may take 3 to 5 business days to process the refund. All refunds are for the buy price of the item(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Holiday Seasons

During the holiday season, carriers may have delays due to the high volume. So, we ask our customers not to cancel orders and request refunds.

To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your order early. Also, keep track of your shipment with the tracking information we provide. Also, if your shipment is time-sensitive, you may want to upgrade to hurry shipping. This will help ensure it arrives on time.

Damaged or Defective Items

Medications may have different return policies for broken or outdated prescriptions. This depends on the shop or pharmacy where you bought them. To address such circumstances,  has rules in place for customer satisfaction. Here are a few broad recommendations: 

1. Damaged Medicine:  You should get in touch with the pharmacist right away if you receive medication that is broken or flawed. We will offer to reimburse your purchase or replace the damaged medication.
2. Original Medication:  When receiving a supply of medication, it is crucial to verify the expiry dates. You might be able to return expired medication to the pharmacy and receive a refund if that’s the case.
