When an order is placed, the purchaser indicates that they are willing to abide by the regulations of our company.

6. Prices are subject to vary without prior notice owing to variations in foreign currency rates as well as changes in the expenses associated with fulfilling orders.

8. Once an order’s payment has been finalized, we are unable to accept any cancellations of that transaction.

9. After you have made a purchase, you will receive an invoice via email. This invoice will contain your user name and the password that you have chosen, as well as your order number, the list of products that are included in your order, and the product specifications for each item. 13. Once you have received the products delivered to your stated address, are in possession of the goods, and have verified their condition, we no longer hold ownership of the goods and are no longer responsible for any items that are lost or damaged after that point.

14. Our success percentage for getting orders past customs is 99.9% for shipments to the United States, 99.5% for shipments to Canada and Europe, and 97% for shipments to South Africa. Even if items are confiscated at customs, which is only a 1% chance according to the data we’ve collected over many years, we pay 100% of the loss connected with it.

15 If the customer provides the wrong shipping information, the order may not be delivered to the proper address, or it may be sent back to the sender.
