Your Pack Shipment
ROYAL MAIL with monitoring and signature-free drop-off ships packages within two days after payment. UPS Extra with signature delivery costs more, so please get in touch with us before selecting it. Regardless of your shipping decision, we will give you a link to track your cargo online.
Shipping rates include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling rates are set, while transport prices vary by cargo weight. We recommend ordering your goods together. We cannot combine two different orders. Thus, delivery costs will apply to each. Your cargo will be sent at your risk, but delicate items are protected.
Delivery details
We ship orders within 3 to 5 working days. However, weekends and holidays sometimes delay delivery.

Scales of Time for Deliveries
We will do everything we can to have your item sent to you within three business days. Still, there may be situations when this is not feasible. I can guarantee that we will ship out ALL of your purchases as soon as it is physically feasible to do so. We don’t send out any mail on the weekends since doing so might cause your package to be held by Royal Mail for a longer period than is strictly required.
You will be given your tracking barcode as soon as the item of your order has been handed over to Royal Mail and placed into their system. If you have any queries about the arrival of your parcel, please call Royal Mail and present them with your barcode. When it is too late for us to intervene, there is nothing more we can do.

IN THE EVENT OF EXTREME CONDITIONS, IT MAY TAKE UP TO 15 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE. ONCE ORDERS ARE PLACED, THEY CANNOT BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE.
In the very unlikely case that we do not have the product or products you have purchased in stock, we will produce a substitute that is identical to the original to guarantee that the orders are fulfilled as promptly as possible.
Delivery In Locations Other Than The United Kingdom.
A fixed fee of £9.99 is applied to the shipping cost of any purchases placed outside the UK that are less than £200 and are sent by Royal Mail International Signed.
After your purchase is sent out, you will get an email with your Royal Mail barcode. This email will be sent to you after your item has been sent.
